• It is very important that you let us know in advance your likely arrival time so there is someone to welcome you
• We require a non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay in advance to confirm your booking
• This can be done by PayPal or cheque
• We hope you don’t but, if you do, we require ten days notice and, if cancelled after that time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (unless the room can be resold)
• Outside the 10 days’ notice, if you wish to change the dates of your stay, a £20 administration fee will be payable
• Parking - there are no parking restrictions
